360 Multi Builder v0.8 Released For 14717

Rogero isn't too far behind with his own developments whether it be on the PS3 scene or the Xbox one. This time, he has updated his 360 Multi Builder application used for Xbox 360 NAND operations for JTAG and RGH consoles.
All of the components that go into prepping a NAND for JTAG/RGH has been updated. This includes xeBuild, Dashlaunch, XeLL Reloaded, Rawflash, the whole shebang for the new 14717 dashboard. Color space issue fixed, homebrew and games sound like the perfect combination to me and if it does to you, make sure to get your box(es) updated.

Does this mean I can dump my retail 2.0.14699 nand and jTag it?

Or flash, rather? Is it possible to dump a NAND with a 2.0.14699.0 dashboard? And does this image creator and updates of xell allow such flashing on said motherboard?
