Enriqxxx and others over at elotrolado.net have managed to dump the 0225 (DG-16D4S) drive key using Jungleflasher and cheap off-the-shelf USB to SATA adapter. In short I think the method works like this: Run JungleFlasher in Windows. Connect the USB/SATA adapter to the 0225 drive in the Xbox 360 with the console powered off and the other end to PC via USB. Turn on the Xbox 360, then open and close drive tray. Disconnect the SATA adapter and connect the drive to a SATA port on the PC. Extract the key by selecting the SATA port in question from JungleFlasher. Done!

Yet another Slim Liteon drive has appeared in the wild, this time out of a devkit. The drive itself while not new (manufactured in November 2010), features the DG-16D5S hardware and A445 software. It's a very interesting find thatmay just hint at another drive manufacturer producing drives for the Xbox 360 Slim. Take a look for yourself:

Update: (6/26/11) Another drive revision has surfaced out of Germany. It has been manufactured in May 2011. No other discoveries have been made. It's a repeat of the Slim Liteon 0401 drive all over again. The guys at Team Xecuter have posted up a picture of a Slim Liteon drive that has a firmware revision of 1071 out of the box manufactured in March 2011. (The time of the 0401 as well) Not to worry yet as Jungleflasher is able to extract the key and decrypt the key sector.

It's rather late news but it has been announced that Team Xecuter and c4eva are working together on an unlock kit for the Slim Liteons with the 0225 or 0401 firmware flashed to it. The problem that is prevalent within these two drives is the existence of the write protection which of course prevents any firmware from being flashed. c4eva popped into IRC earlier to give an overview of the unlock kit - which comes in two flavors:
