We are a bit late with this news but it's great news nonetheless. Team Xecuter's CoolRunner product to take advantage of the Reset Glitch Hack has finally reached production stage. Within the next week or so, users can finally grab the CoolRunner for their Xboxes.

Talk about a real eye opener at 7 AM. Yes, you've read that title correctly. The team that bought you fbBuild has also released ggBuild for Reset Glitch Hacked consoles. In other words, ggBuild will allow you to boot into a hacked kernel and if you can recall the JTAG method will enable you to use homebrew on your console.

fbBuild has been updated and that usually means added support for something. In this case, that's the case as v0.33 adds support for the 13604 dashboard. If you have a jtagged Xbox and have been waiting to update, this is your fix.

Anyone fortunate enough to own an x360key will be happy to know the talent behind the device has released firmware version 1.03. What's new? They fixed "updating when USB device is removed" and added "0800 Rip support" ... meaning XGD3 rips will work just fine now with your x360key.

A Reset Glitch Hack project that goes by the name of RGLoader is nearing completion. RGLoader is a loader that will allow you to load a hacked kernel on your Xbox 360 console via the Glitch. The purpose of the loader is the same as a rebooter for JTAG consoles. Take a look at the progress:

The guys at Team Xecuter have unveiled the Quick Solder Board (QSB) that will link the NAND-X and Coolrunner products together for interaction for the Reset Glitch Hack. For those wondering the mystery behind the need for a JTAG cable, this may solve it.

No release yet, but nonetheless, some good news: c4eva continues holding the Xbox scene down stating that he has now successfully defeated the XGD3 disc format. Soon we'll be burning XGD3's onto DVD+R DL discs using our regular ol' burners. We'll keep you posted whenever c4eva's method is released.

This just in: GliGli has updated the 360 Reset Glitch Hack and it's now working with Falcon consoles! So if that's you, welcome to the glitch party. Lets get down! This version -- v1.1 -- also brings other improvements:

UPDATE 9/21: There's been reports that this is fake. The article and blog are inaccessible now.
The Russian team over at hackfaq.net has announced their rebooter project for GliGli's reset glitch hack called Gboot. The rebooter isn't like the standard that you've come to know through the JTAG hack however. Gboot instead, is being developed to directly reboot into games.

Looks like Microsoft has their work cut out for them... A video from OzModChips, a certified x360key distributor/reseller, has surfaced showing the device not only boots XGD3 ISOs, but is also capable of logging into and playing on Xbox Live too!

Your local easy FreeBOOT dev Sneakypeanut, has recoded a new application called Exploit360 which replaces his previous easy FreeBOOT app. Exploit360 is tailored to create images for both traditional JTAGs and those that take advantage of GliGli's Reset Glitch Hack. Sneakypeanut has also started kernel support at 13599.

Based on the GliGli Hack (a Reset type Glitch Hack), it works by sending precisely timed pulses to the consoles processor until the booting of unsigned code is successful. Once this has been achieved, XeLL, the Xenon Linux Loader is booted.
It works on all versions of the X360 and X360 Slim motherboard (except Xenon motherboard) regardless of the Kernel version.
