iHas B Having No More!

For those being c4eva faithful, his iXtreme Burner Max firmware should be one of your best friends by now. Alongside the DVDs and apps should be a Liteon iHas Rev B drive that's responsible for burning proper XGD3 games. If it's not there, you want to hurry up and get one as they have been discontinued.
This is of significance as the iHas Rev C drives, the replacement to the Rev Bs, have been confirmed to be not flashable with a custom firmware. If you've been sitting out on getting one of those drives, now is the time to make your move as prices are going up. Before you know it, they will all be gone.
I did some searching around and found iHas B drives still available from Amazon. Remember that you will need a drive with a "B" chipset. "A" and "Y" chipsets will not work with the firmware. You can read up on the differences here.

That's one way to start people panic buying. I find it incredibly difficult to believe that once these particular drives are no more, that c4eva will be uncapable of finding a suitable replacement.

I got 2 of them... one is put away as a spare unit. Pheewww.

I already got two but i wanted one more to be safe. i tried to buy one more but everyone is already out alredy. Im just gonna have to raise the price on discs. and always burn at 2.4x so you dont burn the laser out

you can play backups on 14719 you just only need the iHas Burner to play it! and Verbatim discs...
The cheaper discs and truncate method doesnt work now, your xbox will only read iHas burned Verbatim Games.

The C has only 1MB of flash, not 2MB. Is not compatible with currently released firmware. Got the wrong one myself by mistake first time around :)

thats odd then as i can play all my back ups on this dash and i have the flashed firmwere LT 3.0 and i play the LT.2.0 games :) WITH OUT PACH 3.0
