c4eva and Team Xecuter have both been rather quiet in terms of development lately. They both come back with great news regarding iXtreme.
After months, the duo have announced that there will be an unlocked replacement PCB for the Liteon 1175, similar to what was done for the previous Slim Liteon drives. The replacement PCB will allow you to flash the drive with the iXtreme firmware and be able to lock it as necessary, so that it'll appear more as a legit drive on Xbox Live. On top of that, c4eva has mentioned that the iXtreme LT+ v3.0 firmware has moved to beta testing and the full scope on everything will be announced at a later time.
It's good news for those who have been stuck with the 1175 drive. Patience surely pays off here.
