Alright, new rumor story time! We can stop calling the Xbox 720, the 720 and start addressing it as the Durango. It shares its name with the Jeep, as well as a city in Mexico. This is what the story is saying, as Kotaku reports. Several sources have confirmed that the Xbox 720 is indeed rocking Durango.
It's being classified as a rumor by Kotaku and that's how it'll be here as well. Just like all the other rumors revolving around the 720, it makes you wonder what would the final name of the console when it goes on sale, if and when it does. Whatever it is, hope it has enough of a cool factor to make the PS4 sound rubbish when lined up against it.
Which name do you prefer? Either of the names kicking it for you?

There isn't any Jeep named the Durango, it's the Dodge Durango. Just thought you might want to correct that.

Why change the PS name? Everyone knows the name, it's short, and they'll never have trouble picking a name. (besides the Vita that is. WTF kind of a name is that!!)

i think that it all depends on what the makers choose to make the name and whatever it will become will surely please the gamers . if it was a big deal they would be asking us to name but they apparently have it covered.
