The Specs Of The Next Xbox Joins The List Of Leaks

Submitted by Demonchild; June 17, 2012

It appears that someone managed to get their hands on some juicy documents regarding the upcoming next generation Xbox console.

It was available in all of its 56 page glory but Microsoft made their moves to get it removed. That was not before the glaring eyes took whatever notes they could.

One of the images included in the info depicts a timeline detailing the transition from Xbox 360 to Xbox 720. It shows that the 720 is more of a set top box and that it will come with a new Kinect. Both are set to be released together in 2013. The timeline then goes on to show that a new accessory called the Fortaleza Glasses will be released in 2014. To close it all off, a cloud gaming experience will arrive to the 720 in 2015.

That's all the information that the timeline. As for the actual documents providing all of this, those say that the Xbox 720 will finally include a BluRay drive and will be sold for $299, when bundled together with the new Kinect.

All of this information looks promising but is it really true. Just like the PS4 specs leak, it could just be a result of someone having too much time on their hands. Being that Microsoft was quick to remove the documents, this may or may not hold true. What do you think?

The info may be true, but I believe the source is fake.  I believe the information has been culled from various rumors into a fake "Microsoft presentation".
