By now, you should have heard about the crappy ending of Mass Effect 3. If you're at the end or nearing the end, you should be drafting up your own opinions. What if you're on the other end of the story and is just about to spend countless hours inside? Here's a bit of advice before you do so. Don't trust the clouds, ME3 won't play nice with your ME2 saves.
Numerous reports indicate that there are problems importing Mass Effect 2 saves if they have been sent to Microsoft's Cloud Storage at any point of its existence. Saves that have not touched the cloud are working fine. EA has already released a band-aid solution to get gamers going until Microsoft/EA addresses the issue.
The first solution is to transfer the save back to the hard drive that originally created the save and import it then while the second is to directly transfer the save between Xboxes using a memory unit, USB drive, etc.
