If you havent heard yet, Microsoft and Motorola have been going toe to toe in court and so far it has resulted in no further sales of the Xbox 360 in Germany. Now things aren't looking so good for the rest of us either...

I never thought that the day would come. I thought that this would be one of the few things that would set the PS3 above the Xbox. I guess that's not a reality anymore. Can you take a guess at what Microsoft is testing to add to the 360? It's a 2 worded noun that I don't use on the regular. Is it rumor or fact?

Have you ever had that time in your life where you would look at a game console and feel bad because you couldn't afford it? Microsoft may be suffering a loss in one area but they may be looking to profit in another.

Microsoft is adding onto all the reasons as to why you would want to get yourself the Kinect accessory. For all you Skyrim diehards, a future update will definitely be tickling your fancy, if you happen to have one the Kinect lying around. Sucks to be a PS3 user right about now, eh?

Despite the updates that Bioware and EA are cranking into Mass Effect 3, they have yet to fix the infamous "Black Hole" glitch that prevents Xbox 360 users from being able to reach the ending ever so faster.
