It hasn't even been a week since Microsoft released the 15572 update and already, they have another to go out. What's did Microsoft change up this time?
So far, no notable changes have been found. With the 15572 dashboard update preparing the console for future features as well as patching the RGH, it's unsure what Microsoft is doing with this release. It could easily be a fix for a bug found in the earlier release. For those who have not been prompted to update to the 15572 update may be prompted to update to 15574.
As always, the same rules apply when it comes to updating. If you're running the Reset Glitch Hack, make sure you have a copy of your CPU key and/or NAND dump before updating, if you want to retain the ability to glitch without doing anything extra. If you are using the iXtreme firmware, flash back to stock, update and then flash back to LT+ v3.0. You might want to wait until the firmware is confirmed safe for use on the 15574 dashboard.

I was never asked to update and can still play online without that last update so maybe that is what it is addressing.
