Microsoft's Bringing What To The 360!?

I never thought that the day would come. I thought that this would be one of the few things that would set the PS3 above the Xbox. I guess that's not a reality anymore. Can you take a guess at what Microsoft is testing to add to the 360? It's a 2 worded noun that I don't use on the regular. Is it rumor or fact?
Give up? It's Internet Explorer. Word on the street is that Microsoft is testing a modified version of Internet Explorer 9 on the Xbox. If and when IE does come to the box, it will feature Kinect's voice and gesture controls. It'll be a full fledged browser allowing you to go anywhere on the web.
I say that it's about time. If Microsoft is tossing in Internet Explorer and fully integrating it into the console, hopefully it can top the PS3's browser. I'm not saying that I'll jump ship once it's released but it might be the better user experience. With a full browser finally being implemented, maybe we'll see some unofficial forms of media streaming and downloads.

We'll likely see media streaming since it'll be IE9 (HTML5 video and audio).
I doubt we'll ever see downloading though.

Day one the first Xbox360 virus is suddenly invented and infects over four thousand consoles before IE9 is pulled the next day for indefinite "maintanence"
Bought time they got a browser, better let me downlaod images for Jet Set Radio. Game isn't the same without some custom tags.
Web browsing in mid game would be epic.... but no one does things poeple want thats crazy.

yea but can i download and install chrome with it? thats about the only thing i ever use IE for.

This will be a test for the upcoming Windows 8 Metro UI and Internet Explorer. This would indeed be awesome if it performs well like the desktop browsers since there isn't any good browser for the consoles.

Even, It is a fact. It does not make anything better. I prefer to use keyboard, mouse, and seach web on laptop, or desktop.

Seriously, chrome is what im using now to post this. IE died a painful and slow death after chrome got java within the first week or so. Come on microsoft, really?
