Last Year's Most Pirated Xbox 360 Game: Gears of War 3

According to TorrentFreak, Gears of War 3 was 2011's most pirated Xbox 360 game.
890,000 illegal downloads - that's how many Gears of War 3 had last year. Of course, this number is probably just a fraction of the whole number when you consider that early build that was leaked before the game actually retailed and other venues in which the game can be pirated that simply slipped under the radar.
TorrentFreak also released numbers for pirated games on all the current consoles. Surprisingly, Wii came in first and the PS3 had so few illegal downloads that they didn't even bother putting up the numbers. Uh, OK.
Of course, PC games had by far the most illegal downloads with 3X as many as the Wii. Big surprise there.
Here are the top 5 most pirated games on the Xbox 360:
1) Gears of War 3
2) Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
3) Battlefield 3
4) Forza Motorsport 4
5) Kinect Sports: Season 2 (really?!?)
Shame on you, you dirty pirates! That was a joke, by the way.

One thing to keep in mind with these numbers. It does not account for people who are just downloading the images of games that they already have for backups. I know you are going to say they should just rip there own games instead of downloading, but not everyone has the needed parts to rip the games, and sometimes especially with the xbox 360 the games are so mangled that you cannot read them at all.
