Creative Strategist of InfinityWard Resigns - Where's MW Gonna Go Now?

This isn't timed well now with the recent hackings of MW3 but I guess everyone has their reasons. If you haven't heard already, the Creative Strategist over at InfinityWard, Robert Bowling has resigned from his position. It's sad news to hear when a long time member of anything leaves.
For those still clueless, Robert Bowling went by the alias of fourzerotwo and announced his resignation via his Twitter account that he would be leaving both InfinityWard and Activision. InfinityWard followed up by confirming on theirs. As Creative Strategist, Robert joked that they would be replacing him with a computer that would randomly choose the next landmark to blow up in the world.
It is unclear what his intentions are or who he is to be replaced by.
