Naturally this was a huge boost for Activision and Call of Duty fans worldwide, in fact Activision described these figures as a strong milestone for the company and stated that they show "the strong appeal of interactive entertainment to audiences worldwide". The Call of Duty franchise has higher revenue than the top 10 blockbuster films of 2012 combined! It would appear that there is plenty of life left in Call of Duty after all... Let me know your thoughts.

I was hoping for bad sales, which would get the team back to their roots, and try something new and innovative.
I'll bet the next COD sucks, but I'm hoping it doesn't, because I am actually a fan of the campaigns. Just getting a little bit bored of the same clichés over-and-over.

If you didn't buy the game, then what are you complaining about - it's not costing you anything to stop playing.

I don't dislike COD but I'd like to see something fresh.
