It was a hugely anticipated launch and it was spoken about by all sorts of FPS fans, it was finally here, a game to rival Call of Duty, was the launch to much to handle though. Battlefield 3 has had nothing but positive comments, so it was only a matter of time until something bad happened, and it did. It would seem that EA have been having a few technical issues regarding the usage of their online services. EA have admitted that they encountered a few network problems with the title but followed up by suggesting the worst is behind them.
When speaking to Kotaku, an EA spokesman said that they have pretty much straightened any kinks that were worrying gamers, after which they stated that PlayStation 3 and PC players would have experienced a completely smooth weekend whilst 95% of those on Xbox managed to enjoy their online experience.
For any of you still frustrated by online problems regarding Battlefield 3 just remain patient, as EA believe that normal gaming should resume perfectly in no time.
Let me know your thoughts.
