Well, it seems that Microsoft are really trying to kill off the used game market, but not by people buying these games, by the retailers selling them? You read right.

It seems that Microsoft are learning their lesson. From the backlash that poured out of it's XBOX One keynote conference/announcement last month, Microsoft have promised it's dedicated fans that there will be no TV talk at this years XBOX keynote press conference.

Since the unveiling of Microsoft's all-in-one entertainment system, the Xbox One, Microsoft has remained reasonably quiet and as far as fans are aware, many questions will be left unanswered until E3, except this one.

Prepare yourselves for empty pockets gamers, retailers are readying themselves for a wallet feast. The XBOX One and Playstation 4's suggested retail price range has been released amongst online retailers, and they're not pricing these consoles too kindly either.

Despite dealing with a wave of bad press, it seems that UK gamers are anxious to get their hands on an Xbox One. In fact, one news outlet even says that the rumored "always connected" machine has far bypassed the interest of Sony's PS4!

In recent days, quite a number of Mirror's Edge 2 Amazon listings have popped up for the game being released on the XBOX One. The last we heard about DICE developing Mirror's Edge 2 was back in 2011 with the team putting it on indefinite hold for the development of the Battlefield series.

Hey Microsoft, welcome to the 21st Century. Reports have come out to today that much like the XBOX 360, Microsoft are not looking to change their stance on region locking of their consoles.

Microsoft's Senior Vice President for Interactive Entertainment Business Yusuf Medhi has predicted that by the end of the upcoming generation of gaming, the industry combined (including XBOX One, PS4 and the Nintendo Wii U) will dominate sales.

Back in 2011, rumors began circulating suggesting that Microsoft were going to start using the Kinect as a form of Visual DRM. This came over a patent that was filed, but never used.
