Nintendo Wii To Go Mini?

With the Nintendo Wii U controlling recent headlines in the gaming world, it isn’t surprising that the Japanese gaming giants are continuing to be the name on everyone’s lips.

 

The Wii Mini is apparently set to be released on Friday 7th of December. The console will be what it suggests, a miniature Nintendo Wii. It will reportedly be released in a bundle that includes a Sensor Bar, Nunchuk and Wii Remote Plus. Nintendo responded to the rumour in typical fashion, by stating that they do not comment on rumours and/or speculation.

 

As a result, we don’t have much more information on the matter but will let you know as soon as something comes up. This clearly sounds like a last ditch effort by Nintendo to rake in some money before the Wii U takes over and inevitably make its predecessor obsolete. It had a great run, but the Wii’s lifecycle is finally coming to an end. Let me know your thoughts.
