Obviously, when taking a look at the Wii U Pro controller, the first thing that you're going to notice is that it looks extremely similar to something that you'll find on an Xbox 360. After all, Microsoft has been praised for their comfortable and roomy remote design, so why not make sure the Wii U's hardcore gamers can get that kind of luxury too? As is dictated by reports from Nintendolife, one of the first things you'll probably notice about the classic controller is in fact that it feels a bit lighter than you would expect. However, that certainly doesn't mean the whole thing feels cheap, it just has a slightly lighter weight.
Still, as does seem to be concurrent with this lighter weight is the obviously lighter vibration function as well. In a hectic environment, the reports said they wouldn't have even noticed the feature at all had they not been consciously paying attention for it. Still, as gamers vibration has become so second nature that a lot of times we forget about it anyway. Other than that small snafu however, the remote fared well with some of the most complex maneuvers and showed no sign if buckling under the pressure. From what I can gather from this report, it may be lacking in the motor department, but at the end of the day it should still get the job done. Are you planning on picking up one of these with your Wii U console?
