The PS Vita has been waiting a while to see an update that brings something new and useful to the table (or pocket?) since firmware 2.00 and 2.01.  Today we see something that would have been great as a day one feature, but better late than never has been implemented into PS Vita Official Firmware 2.10.

The Pebble watch for iPhone and Android headsets is nearing the online shops. There's not much longer to go.

A year ago the PS3 saw its USB ports graced with the addition of the Wireless PS3 Stereo Headset.  This year, Sony has upped their game, releasing the new and improved Sony Wireless PS3 Pulse Stereo Headset.

A few days ago, pictures surfaced of a Xbox console wrapped in Halo 4 decals at a local game store, to advertise the upcoming Halo 4 game. Some speculated that that would have been the console that Microsoft was going do for Halo 4. As it wasn't in line with the other limited edition designs that Microsoft does, that was thrown out of the window. Now, the Halo 4 console has officially been unveiled.

At the top of the month, some speculation began when Sony posted a product page for their upcoming Pulse Wireless Radio Headset. They made reference to the headset requiring firmware 4.20 to be installed on the PS3. At the time, that firmware did not exist. It stayed that way until today.

Ever since February, PS3 stereo headset users have been suffering from the permanent addition of the "Sidetone" feature Sony added in their 4.10 OFW.  Today, the frustration of your own voice is put to rest!

Sony is just about ready to knock it out the box at E3. Before the festivities, they have hinted at a new firmware coming for the PS3 to make way for a new accessory...

The PS3 is obviously expected to have its fair share of announcements coming up in E3.  In the ways of some early official announcements or leaks, the PS3 is getting some kickass preipheral upgrades in the coming months.

In a spark of excitement I was kicked from the PSN whilst playing Battlefield 3.  Hoping that I would be greeted with an update to fix the PS3 Stereo Headset, the following occured.

The official PS3 bluetooth stereo headset is a pricy bit of eye candy. The latest firmware updates added what's known as sidetone, or the feature that makes you hear yourself when you talk. Unfortunately, everything isn't all honky dory.
