A few weeks ago, I published a Gaming Shades of Grey story about DRM that got quite a few of you talking. Since we've already hashed out the debate part of the issue, let's take a look at a few of the games and foibles that caused DRM to become such a hot industry topic.

For those who still are dabbling in the 3.55/3.56 scene, a nifty tool to get you onto the PSN has just been released. Scene developer nathan_r32_69 has updated his useful tool due to the mandatory 4.40 update Sony put onto it's PS3 users.  The update rendered the previous spoof useless for PSN access. This will allow those still on the previous firmware to access their PSN and it's accounts. Not sure if it will allow access to the new PSN Store, but all in all, it works.

Sometimes getting through a game can be a difficult process, but is it okay for a hardcore gamer to use a guide or walkthrough to help them out? I'll lay out the issue, and you can tell me what you think!
