And I ain't talking about SEGA; I'm talking about the biggest homebrew competition that the scene has even seen! Believe it. Released recently are three separate brews, submitted for the PSP Genesis Competition! Below is a quick look at each...
First up: RecoveryMenu v0.2 by KaZT.U, which as the name suggests is a recovery menu compatible with all current CFW's and HEN's. Once everything is ironed out, RecoveryMenu will be ported to a PRX.
Submitted second is a plugins manager, appropriately titled SePlugins Manager, which lets you do exactly that... Without a PC you're able to toggle PRX files (plugins) on/off, add or remove plugins, and prioritize the order in which plugins are loaded.
And for the Genesis hat trick: Draan's Localizer, which is really cool, letting you manipulate XMB text on-the-fly. The idea behind Localizer is to provide XMB string translations for languages that the PSP does not support.
Read me files are provided for all three, so I suggest you look at those for more info.
Update: 5h4d0w has shared an update, SePlugins Manager v1.1 ... and that's my bad earlier, that wasn't really version 1.2.

I'd love to localize my psp to my native tongue, Afrikaans, and show it off.
The prx menu seems quite useful too if you're on a long trip. I guess you could put all the prxs you could think of using in a folder and install them from there?
Keep up the good work guys! Can't wait to see what else they can come up with.

1. A Package of tools that Syncs our PSP on HEN or CFW 6.35 to our PS3 on CFW 3.55.
2. A package that allows our all our PSP's to play the games in 3D so my sexy PSP-GO on HEN or CFW 6.35 can rival the upcoming 3DS since the Sony games are far more advanced than any Nintendo games.
3. And Finally a PSX Store Depository that allows all PSP Users to log on and download packages onto their PSP's like those on PS3's MultiMan and HPR.
Now that will keep us happy for a loooong time :)

There is an option in the .cfg named "forceMS0" that makes GOs load from the ms. If it's off, it loads from the internal storage.
Wait... I think psp-hacks uploaded the old version... Try the link here: http://wololo.net/talk/viewtop...

I am trying to rewrite the app in C, which would fix the problem (and more than likely allow me to sign it). I'm 1000x better at LUA than C, though, so I don't know how long it will take.
