007 Racing - Black Screen

Ace Combat : Elektrosphere - Sends back to XMB
Air Combat - Black screen, turns off
Aqua - gets to loading screen and stops at end of load
Armored Core - Loads, won't get past sony computer entertainment screen
Asteroids - Black screen but PSP doesn't shut off

Batman Forever - loads fine and plays
Battle Arena Toshinden - Boots Up and gets into game but no player graphics in game
Beyond The Beyond - Freezes after the "Sony Computer Entertainment America" screen
Biohazard: Gun Survivor - Works but hard to play without gun.
Blasto (NTSC) - Gets to "trademarks of Sony Computer Entertainment....." message, then shuts off the psp
Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain -ISO, doesn't even boot. Freezes on game seection screen.
Bloody Roar - doesn't load, turns off psp
Board Game: Top Shop (NTSC) - Gets to the "Press Start" screen. After that, black screen and power off
Brave Fencer mushashi - works slow
Breath of fire 3 - crashed the psp
Breath Of Fire 4 - "Capcom", then crash
Bushido Blade - works slow
Bust A Groove 2 - starts then goes black

Bust a Move 4 - works but runs really slow

Dead In The Water - goes through a couple of in game screens then crashes
Dead or Alive - Shut down after Character Select
Deception - loads to Tecmo intro screen and then shuts off
Deception 3 - runs real good until the loading screen after selecting the characters name, right before the story cg starts. Freezes.
Destruction Derby 2 - Black Screen
Die Hard Trilogy (PAL) - Crashes after Fox and Probe Logo before Main Menu
Digimon World3......crashes after main screen
Discworld - works slowly
Dragonball Final Bout - Shows anti-piracy message, then black screen and PSP shuts off
Driver - works but maybe freeze at Memory card screen

Eternal Eyes (NTSC) - Shows Loading Screen, then turns itself off

Felony 11-79 - works but words are screwed but read-able
Final Fantasy 6- doesn't boot
Final Fantasy 7 - Crashes upon loading new game
Final Fantasy 8 - shows "Square Electronic Arts L.L.C." & Main menu, Game freezes when new game selected
Final Fantasy 9 - crashes after "Published by Square Electronic Arts"
Final Fantasy Tactics - shows Squaresoft screen, then turns black, shuts off
Front mission 3- was loading for about 5min, then I gave up
Futurecop LAPD - gets to first screen then crashes

Ghost in the Shell - doesn't load. Freezes on game selection screen
Grandia - runs opening logos slow; you can skip them by pressing Start; after you select New Game, it shuts off
Gran Turismo - Gets to Sony computer entertainment screen then crashes
Gran Turismo 2 - crashes after "Cars included in this game may be different from the.. screen"

I'd imagine that this will get running as soon as someone updates to 3.0 or makes a dump of it to find out how Sony is making all these games runable, and which we will then be able to use that code to make a homebrew emulator.

i dont think itll ever be near 100%, but if it was, id upgrade my 1.5 just for a psx emulator if i had to

What button do you press to start the game from the application program, circle or x?

its good to see a ps1 emulator that isn't by sony. as soon as its up and working well ill use it.

im guessing sony's ps1 emulator won't use iso's. im guessing sony will have a .p1e file or sumthing like that and you will have to pay sony money for games (obviously).

personally id rather have this emulator and keep homebrew.

if we see how to use the cose that dony did for ps1 on the psp and someone tries to take out that part of the fw so that we can use it its going to be illegal but we can learn from them and the ps1 emulator that they made #9

Great work dude.....BUT you need to re-name this as a BETA.............Alpha is for software that actually works,lol Seriously though,keep working on it cos you have the makings of a fine emulator here.

You could try and get your hands on the code that Sony will be using to emulate ps1 on psp.....should save you a ton of work :)
