HOLY SHIT that's pemp. Does it work with tv display mode or Fusa?? PRetty cool how the r2 and l2 can also scroll through the xmb. And the analog button turns it off!!! sweet.

And its no Button-Emulation. He could use the R-Stick and the L-Stick at the same time. I wonder how he made that.

This is a very nicely executed mod! Everybody should check out the snapshots on acidmods to see how clean he made everything look (aside from the off color of the old connector). I'm still a fan of f00 f00's alien looking contraption, but this has that nice conservative professional type look.

unless you can use it with tv out, it's kinda useless. you'd have to have your face pretty close to the screen and it would be lame. tho it is awesome nonetheless

yea thats cool for if u have a broken stick and are deesprate to pplay games requiring strong analog use but other than that i think its stupid ur not gonna put the psp in ur lap just to use the controller on the go thats way its called Play Station Portable so u dont need to carry a controller

The PSP is slowly turning into a home console, connect it to the TV, then with the PS2 controller, then it is!

It would be good for PS1 emulation on games that require such things as 2 shoulder buttons, or the analog sticks. I personally dislike the way the PSP uses the analog for L2 + R2. It makes games like MGS really annoying.

I can never get over all the negative comments i read on this site. This mod is full of awesomeness on many levels! Maybe it is a portable system, but i find myself playing mine at home more than anything.
And for the record, when i use my laptop in my home, most of the time i do use a "wire" keyboard. Hook the laptop up to the KVM and take advantage of a better monitor and i can keep the laptop closed and tucked out of the way to save room. Just because something does not work for you does not mean its useless! my $.02

Sorry for the rant! GREAT mod!!!

This is not a stupid mod it's pretty kick ass these guys always come up with some nifty mods. This doesn't take away from it's portable aspect use as your console at home and on the go.

He's got a point. Seriously, this is old news. I did this a long time ago with a psp2tv adapter. It was used for video output on the fat psp before sony made the psp slim. But all you had todo was hook up a few spliiters that came with the kit where the button pads hooked in. You'd plug the button pads into one plug and the psp2tv into the other, and just hook a ps1 or ps2 controller tothe psp2tv dock.

yeah just about all the acidmods i seen were cool as hell... the only prob for me is there a bit too advanced for the average user and to get them to install it for you... well you could just buy a whole new PSP for what they charge. It's still sweet tho

All you'd need to do is fix a mount for the psp on the controller and you'd be set to go, this is Epic.

I find it very interesting to think of the psp as a home console along with being a mobile platform. Output to TV ... use a real controller.. legen ..wait for it.. dary.

Now, lets see multiple wireless controllers in action with one psp!

hey guys, this is very awesome, but that looked very hard to do, has anyone tried taking a mini usb blue tooth adatpr and hard wiring it into there psp, so they can use the blue tooth ps3 controlers, headsets, heck even guitar?
Greg, i think this is one of the cleanest and best mods iv seen so far, maybe you can do the blue tooth where others have failed?
