PSP Custom Firmware PRO-B10 Fix 1 Released

Did you upgrade to Liquidzigong's PSP Custom Firmware PRO-B10 the other day? If so, and if you're experiencing problems related to the CIPL Installer/Flasher, which should only be used on IPL-hackable models, like the PSP-1000 and early non-TA088v3 [first-gen] 2000s, then I suggest you upgrade to PRO-B10 Fix 1. Me personally though, from the initial PRO-B10 release, I had no problems installing and flashing the custom IPL on my PSP-2000. And if you don't know: IPL stands for "Initial Program Load" ... If your PSP is hackable at the lowest of levels, again that's only PSP-1000 and first-gen 2000s, then you can permanently flash this CFW by running the Custom IPL (CIPL) Flasher, meaning each time your PSP [cold] boots you're already hacked and ready to go. But of course it can be risky writing to flash at that level; nevertheless, I've yet to see a PRO brick report. See here for CFW PRO installation instructions. CHANGELOG

Hi guys, I'm not sure where to post this and I hope this is the right place.

I used the PSP Chronoswitch Downgrader to downgrade my 9g PSP to 6.20 OFW then used this to patch my PSP to 6.20 pro b10 fix 1. So far so good. However, I realize when I turn my PSP to standby mode, instead of standing by, it shuts off. It's not that big of a problem but it is time consuming to reach a savepoint before turning off my PSP. Is there anyone else facing this problem, and would anyone know a workaround/solution to the problem?

I have a PSP E1002 which is a 011g, i run the CFW fine but when i run ICPL it says that it does not support this model, does this mean that i am unable to run game which i have downloaded? what exactly is it that the ICPL does? forgive if this is silly question but i have searched all over for the info and cannot find it.

hi guys,

my psp2000 with motherboard TA-088v3 and ofw 5.03

i tried to upgrade it to ofw 6.20

then used pro B10 custom fix1

when i run upgrade its ok, but in the process, my psp switched off.

when i turned it on it takes a long time and its firmware version is still 6.20 ofw

whats wrong? just followed the instructions...

If the games your playing are cso i suggest switching to iso games but if it is iso its most likey that the file is corrupt,try finding a new copy of the game.

I just want to report that i have successfully updated my PSP-2010 from 5.00 m33 to this.

The steps are:

Update to OFW 6.60, just go to software update on the settings menu, download the update from sony right from your PSP (Internet access required) then open it from the game menu, remember to plug in the psp and keep the battery charged. The software will refuse to update if the battery isn't full.

Then download PRO-B10 (standard, no FIX) and copy everything BUT the SDK folder to your memory stick.

Run the PRO UPDATE, run the CFW, make sure it runs OK, then select and reset device

Download the PRO-B10 FIX

Run PRO UPDATE, make sure it runs fine

Select, reset device, run PRO UPDATE again then run CIPL flasher.

The device will reboot and you're done. Enjoy your homebrew.

Okay, here the solution.. just go to PRO Recovery Menu and Choose "Run/PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP

Hi all, I have a psp E1003 CB 11g. Put the 6.60 PRO B10 on it yesterday and its working fine but you have to use recovery every time you fire it up. Anyway can I change the coldboot sound and logo on it? Any help would be much appreciated.
