PSP Custom Firmware 6.39 ME-9 Released

And neur0n shares Light Custom Firmware (LCFW) 6.39 ME-9 too, which works for all PSP models, including the PSPgo (05g). Use the non-Light version if you're sporting a PSP-1000 (01g) or 2000 (02g) -- an earlier 2000 that predates the TA-088v3 board. What's new? The download pages will tell you. With your PSP off plug it into your computer then hold the right top trigger and turn it on. You will be in the recovery menu. Go to advanced; then enter Toggle USB (flash0); A window should pop up and enter the memory card you should see a file called VHS enter and then enter the folder ETC. Once in here you need to find the Text Document. open it you should see

Just change the number from 9:90 to 6.10 and hit save close and then try to update

I've just downloaded LCFM on my PSP3000 andI'm having some problems. After I copy downloaded games onto the memory stick(in a file named CSO), then go back to the game menu to try and open the file is marked "Corrupted Data" What am I doing wrong?

a already put the two folders on my psp,i pressed install the 6.39 but my psp says it needs to install 6.39 before installing 6.39 it does not make sense right. . .what should i do. . .??

hi , i bought my psp from thailand and i could play games from my memory card and when i connected my psp to internet then i get new update, and then i updated my psp and now i cannot play my games that was on memory card and before when i press the select butten it take me to a menu, but now its like all new , plzz help.

I changed from 5.50 GEN D-3 to this firmware, when I played any of my games, my save files are corrupted. it never happened to 5.50 GEN D-3. Did i miss something? Pls help

Just take the CFW into your PSP

look for compatible CFW which equivalent with your OFW version, Try Light version of CFW for safer step

if you have a psp 3003 try the LCFM 6.39 lme-9.2
I'm using that cfw there aren't any problems with my psp

Hey, try this!

Install PSP Custom Firmware 6.39 ME-9 and then install
6.39 PRO-B8 with the CPIL Flasher after you installed PSP Custom Firmware 6.39 ME-9 then you should have a permanent 6.39 PRO-B8 installed on your system. I've tried this on the PSP 1000 but not anything else.

Btw, i use PSP 3000, i am confused bout copying ISO/CSO files,,where do we put the ISO folder? because i have placed it to :PSP/ISO/ but these games didnt appear at anywhere...

CFW on PSPGo and PSP 3000 will never be permanent.They just found a little hole in 6.20.

I have psp 1004 and 5.50 prometheus and work all games but dont work on
infrastructure (medal of hour heroes 1,2 etc.) and dont work to go on
google or psp store why teel me i have wi-fi bla bla bla but dont work
he connect but dont conect to server at 5.50 gen d3 work to play online
but on this dont work tell me why please

used the LCFW 6.39 ME-9 Installer and launcher, tried naming file ISO or CSO in PSP/GAME/ and when I try to play games it always says files are corrupted. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
