Prometheus ME631 Released; Better Support for 6.30+ Required Games

Liquidzigong is back with what he does best -- Prometheus ME631. ME631? Yeah, new name, new things... This is the version of Prometheus where a few steps are required:

Create an ISO of whatever 6.20+ (6.30 & 6.31) required game.
Open that ISO in WQSG_UMD and browse to PSP_GAME/SYSDIR.
Extract EBOOT.BIN to a temporary folder.
Use PRXDecrypter to decrypt the extracted EBOOT.BIN file and rename it to EBOOT.OLD.
Extract the Prometheus ME631 RAR archive so you have a new EBOOT.BIN and many other prx files.
Drag 'n drop EBOOT.OLD, EBOOT.BIN and all those other prx files to PSP_GAME/SYSDIR in WQSG_UMD.
Copy the ISO to your memory stick and try it out.

What's changed?

Second Story, God Eater Burst Demo, Yu-Gi-5, and MHP3 Demo are now working.

hey I'm really interested in hacking my psp! it's a psp 3004 v6.31, is it possible to hack it to play iso games? I'm new as this kind of stuff so I need some major help! if someone could email me all the steps in a detailed way of how to hack my psp I would be grateful! what i read from this, to explain to everyone is that this fixes the iso's that cannot be decrypted with the firmware addon. some games you have to manually do. like the ones he mentions.

Gotta say Greg, it is pretty slow at loading. The other -hacks sites usually are pretty quick, just the PSP one is slow. Most other sites are really quick for me just not this one. Location is Saskatchewan.

unfortunately you cant play iso games, better sell your psp and buy psp 3000 firmware version 5.03 and dont upgrade firmware unless there is a firmware version that would allow you to play iso games which is far from reality for now.. have a good day

I haven't seen any real reasons to update cfw since 5.50 GEN-D2, which I'm still using. All the new games already come out fixed and work on GEN-D2 perfectly.

I remember the mid 90's when everyone had dial up, things were less crowded and offered the same info.
