-The scaling is not as good as in RIN 1.32 (not sure about later versions). Masterboy's "2x" cuts the top and bottom of the Gameboy screen out, and all other options (except 1x, which is really small) squish sprites, making them look deformed. You can turn the filter on to hide this deformation, but the image will still be pretty blurry. "x2 (fit)" scaling in RIN is perfect, and requires no filtering.
-Some games still have graphical issues. A good example is with Shantae, which has graphical corruption throughout the game. Another example is in Pokemon Gold/Silver- when a wild Pokemon appears, the sprite will flash on the bottom of the screen. This also happens in RIN.
I know this probably isn't the place to report bugs, and Brunni probably doesn't read these comments anyway, but I felt I should let people know about these issues before they downloaded.
