Half Byte Loader R101 Released

How do you play and enjoy homebrew on every PSP model and firmware to date? Enroll in Half Byte Loader 101 and you'll learn. Your instructor: PSP-Hacks. Textbooks courtesy of Wololo and Co. Running a firmware <= 6.20? Get the Patapon 2 Demo, the SAVE DATA hack, and HBL R101 for Patapon2. Running firmware 6.30 or 6.31? Get the UMD or PSN version of Hot Shots Golf (US), Everybody's Golf (EU), or Minna no Golf (JP), the appropriate SAVE DATA hack, and HBL R101 for your respective game. Now download all the homebrew and have some fun. Half Byte Loader R101:

JJS's patch for perfect syscalls on the golf exploit (improve compatibility, especially on the psp go)
Changed loading address for minna no golf exploit, per J416's recommendation
Moved some global variables into scratchpad, which should solve firmware detection issues (issue 323)
improves stability on all models

this may be a stupid question but is it possible to convert a downloaded iso into an offical psn iso cause i cant connect to PSN with my other psp its been permantly blocked and there is NO way around it thanks to SONY nor do i have the cash to give away to SONY becase i refuse to untill my psp is unlblocked

Worked for me on a PSP 3000 running v6.31 OFW using Everybody's Golf from PSN. Guess they still haven't patched it. Heh.

Hey I just checked out Crazy Gravity Portable on PSP GO running 6.31 and it works on HBL R101 after a couple of tries. Giving a heads up/ thumbs up to the peeps and I hope hbl goes CFW lol!

Works great for me on my new GO 6.31!
The SNES Emu I loaded crashes my psp, but all the others I have tried work great. I'll keep poking around and find another way to play Super Metroid. :)

The only real problem I have is that as much as I want to play around with all the Homebrew, I also want to keep playing HSG! I have my real save game backed up so I can switch back and forth, but only at my pc.

Anybody have a better solution?

I am a noob user of pspgo! pls help me about how to hack my fw 6.31. As i do some research about HBL on youtube they are just told to copy file h.bin and hbl folder into root system. Then run homebrew games it works fine. But i found that it won't work. it shows in system storage wit "Corrupted Data". what should i do? or i need to buy memorystick? how about iso/cso games? pls help me dude!

ravy you cannot play cso or iso its homebrew loader only and you start up the hot shots golf game and the hbl 101 shows up and then you click your homebrew game if any of you havent upgraded from 6.20 do not
