I'm plain not going to buy the thing until it's hacked. This having to be updated and connected to the internet just to put music on it is pretty freakin' retarded. Let them go bankrupt. With the way they treat their customer base, they deserve it.

I am thinking entirely straight. I am not going to buy something that does not work the way I want it; plain and simple. I bought a psp AFTER it was hacked, because I figured I can play some cool games; and 90% of those cool games I have on my psp are homebrew. I would pay any of these small time developers any day over the larger corporations who don't even know how to make a finished product without patches/DLC. I never said I wouldn't pay for any of the games, because I already do. Look at all the cool stuff with just one homebrew program; IrShell. I can control my TV/radio/ anything else with an ir port; I can multitask between games and the internet or anything else; I can play my own music in game if I want; display my screen on my PC monitor for bigger and better gameplay; I can use a controller with my psp; the list goes on and on. I can't think of a single reason to ever go back to OFW, because the homebrew coders make better stuff than Sony.

but the ps vita is made by sony and not by the homebrew coders dude! its not a problem dude, its really plain and simple ..... if u dont like the service that you get from sony, dont buy ANY product from them!!! you get the LOGIC?!

That's what I said in my first post....

Maybe the problem is just due to not having a large selection of games (anyone got a complete list?). Perhaps there will be a larger selection at the time of its NA and EU release.

no Shadowraith, u said on your first post that your not going to buy the THING until its hacked! meaning your still going to buy the vita , ur just going to wait for it to be hacked,

Shut up fanboy... u act like Sony gives a flip about our remarks... But have a Happy New Year

You got to think though, most people are going to be satisfied with their new pretty smartphone that can already play fun games. When the psp first came out no one ever heard of something like Android. There are more options then last time around...I would not be to surprised that in a couple of years are phones will be are portable gaming devices. Although phone plans are a killer.

im no sony fan boy and im not against homebrew either. i just dont like the idea of putting all the blame to sony or nintendo etc. whenever we encounter flows in our systems or if it didnt reach our expectations. if you have a brilliant idea to add in your system, then hack it! there is nothing wrong with that. well HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

if you buy goods your the owener of them...right... not in sony's world (psp vita manditory updates)
if you want to change a battery by your self you can ... right ... not in sony's world (psp go)
if you use sotfware w/ out sony's aprovel its fine... right .... not in sony's world
basicly what im trying to get at is that sony locks out their customers from everything except being able to just barly play games on systems that could do much more

Sony deserves to get hacked again and forever until they learn to treat customers as people not as potential criminals, or slaves or whores or fucking scumbag fanboys, *spit*

The answer to the questions are simple. I will buy the vita even if i dont think its going to be good just to be suportive to the video game industry. Hell i will provably buy 2 one to play online the other to hack just like my ps3. Hackers are amaizing the things that we get for free from people that we dont even know; i cant not think of not being supportive so like i said its simple. People here complains about big companies selling their products at a high cost and not being able to pleased their gaming desire with good games to the extend that they resort only to have their consoles hack. Lets face it if this companies dont make the consoles then we will be still complaining but i dont see anyone here making a handheld or a console. Therefore just be glad that they are making something for us gamers. If you dont want to pay for games you can always wait for a hack or just rent them at gamefly is that simple.

I simply hope Sony drops out of gaming entirely so it would just stfu out of all the greedy fags wanting free stuff.
LolHomebrew being the only reason to get a PSP Hacked. The true reason everyone and their grandma hopped on custom firmware to begin with was simply emulators and free PSP games for life.
No one can deny that.

well his posting his opinion, and we want to answer his comments . i dont see anything wrong with that .

That's not even bringing out valid points. You have no argument. You are just flaming for no reason. I assume since "there is no other option" that you guys have never seen: http://openpandora.org/
Now that is a system I would pour money into, because it has no limitations. All I brought out is that I won't buy their product unless it does what I want. What I want will come after it is hacked, because it will remove limitations. I don't see why you guys think this is bad...

Honestly, shadowraith that console you've posted is kinda cool for its function and stuff. well if its gonna be available in our country i'll definitly going to get one.

That isn't logic, I don't like the service on my Wii so I got homebrew, and now I play Quake and Doom on it, and its fun, if we buy a product, its ours, not the company that made it. Go buy some cheese, can kraft tell you what to do with it? no, you can piss on it if you want to.
