How To Install 6.XX PRO-C2

With PRO-C2 being the first of hopefully many updates in PSP CFW, I'm sure there are still people who are unfamiliar with the PSP hacking scene, or getting rusty from a slow hacking scene who aren't sure on how to install this custom firmware.  That is where this article comes in.

 

I enjoy making hacking tutorials, and the latest PRO CFW is no different.  Below in this article is a video tutorial you can click on that will give you the basics in installing PRO's latest PSP CFW.  In regards to changes and upgrades implemented into this CFW, you can read that all in TBag's article posted earlier this month.

 

How To Install PRO-C2 CFW On 6.XX PSP OFW - All download links are on the video as well as the earlier DashHacks article we posted, and I hope the video tutorial helps out the long time PSP hackers as well as some of the newer additions to the scene.  It's always good to see new users taking advantage of work by such great developers.

Just found it sitting in a closet i forgot about and curious what all i should do?.. I tried to do a software update but get the game could not be started (DADADADA) error.

I have B9 Pro CFW
I need to update it to C2 Pro CFW
Do I need to remove the old CFW before installing this or can I over write on the old one.
I already bricked one PSP 3000 with some nonsense background stripes and I need to be very careful before doing this.
It would be great help for me as I am fed up with an empty Vita.

i always felt stupid calling it "hacking" or saying i had "hacked my psp". kind of grandeur like when a kid traces over a picture and says hes an artist. technically i didnt do any of the hacking and its really just a software modification or soft-mod. anyway, kick ass PRO team~! im updating my cfw with this even though i cant really play online. hopefully this is stable.

Hi there!!! Worked like a charm. Having only one issue. I´m getting "The install failed " activation error (for games only). I already deactivated all on the psn, but i´m still having this problem. Anyone.. help please!!! :o
