If there's any software that always seems to be included in these round ups of popular software, multiMAN remains the all-out champion. Through the intense dedication of the developer known as deank, users never have to wait too long to add features to the managing software that they have come to know and love. In the past couple weeks, the changes have been all about PSX emulation with a little help from the Iris team. This past week however, we're able to get a reward for those that are looking to play something from the popular PS2 generation. Clearly then there is still a love for arguably Sony's most popular machine.

The big feature I'm talking about here is that now you'll have the ability to play add-on discs that have been made for a small number of titles in the library. Most notably, the SigStar collection has come out with many different music packs over the course of its time on the last generation. This update to the popular loader will allow you to use all of that extra content. Just list all of the add-ons in a separate directory with your game and you'll be off and running. Once you boot, the manager will see what add-ons you have and ask you which one you would like to use. The only real issue with this method in its present state you will have to set the BD-emulator to Hermes and use a PS3 disc. When the time comes to run the add-on you will also need a PS2 disc to swap in as well. If you can put up with that physical media, this is one cool add-on for add-ons.

As usual, I love seeing that the PSP still has a place in this community. Talk about being able to keep old hardware feeling new! Thank goodness for the scene.
