Minor Update To Iris Manager - Features You Might Recognize

PlayStation 3 developer Estwald has released an update to his ever growing backup manager Iris. This release adds some minor changes that include support for Miralatijera CFW DEX 4.30. Another addition, and one that is very similar to Deank's multiMAN is the replacement of /app_home/PS3_GAME with a disc icon. Below you can find the changelog, roughly translated by Google.

New In version 2.21:

  • Added Miralatijera payload for 4.30 Dex
  • Modified patches explore_plugin tool to show the BR disk icon and the word "game" in the XMB instead of "/app_home/PS3_GAME " (From a functional point of view it should not change anything. It is only when used to distinguish one form from another.)

 

I'm sure that many have noticed the sharing of features between multiMAN and Iris Manager. I feel it is great that the two who support different custom firmwares are adding one another's features. This way those who prefer to use Iris or multiMAN still get the features they might want.
