Mortal Kombat just Keeps Getting Modded

If you're a fan of the Mortal Kombat series, odds are you've probably been following the seemingly never-ending work of Tetzrep and his team as the probe away at ps3usercheat. As if all those extra NPCs weren't enough for you last month, we are back with an update to add even more functionality.

As usual this updated  and hacked Mortal Kombat update has quite a bit of new changes to its files, but probably one of the most exciting features is the ability to play as those newly unlocked NPCs in the multiplayer and tag team modes. Now you'll be able to battle all of your friends with as many strange and seemingly impossible characters you desire. Want to fight as some random dude that usually just appears in the background? Done! With this new addition that obsessive yet completely cool luxury can be extended to even more of the title's various modes.

However, that is not all that Tetzrep has chosen to include in this new st.dat. You now can also morph Shang Tsung into other characters with a series of different button presses. This includes literally any character on the roster including the NPCs to boot. Talk about completing the tasks you start! If that's not enough though, there are also a few other small cheats designed to speed up or slow down the default gameplay. Sounds like some pretty cool tweaks to me. Who's ready for some MORTAL KOMBAT!?
