Who Takes The Golden Poo?

EA is the worst company in America, according to you. The Consumerist's 2012 survey where 250,000 votes were cast, voted EA as the worst company in America.  EA took the top (or bottom prize) by beating out giants like Bank of America, Sony, Apple, Walmart, and lots of others. When asked about the award EA had this to say about their win.

"We're sure that bank presidents, oil, tobacco and weapons companies are all relieved they weren't on the list this year. We're going to continue making award-winning games and services played by more than 300 million people worldwide."

Last years winner was hands down BP (British Petroleum) who also beat out the two time runner up Bank of America. What seems odd is that people voted a game company in place of a financial institution that was a major part of Americas housing crisis that left thousands of people homeless, basically saying that crappy customer service is worse than living in a box under an overpass.
