Phil Harrison has been around for quite a while. While it's not every day someone jumps onto the other team, occasionally sports stars do it and most of the time we hate them for it. In the gaming world though, staff are generally more loyal but in this case, not so much. This ex-PlayStation employee was not so long ago the Sony Worldwide Studios boss and has led the march for Sony on several occasions, including the Launch of the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Home. However after leaving Sony to become the Director of Atari, he eventually decided to leave his Atari responsibilities behind and join the ranks of once his fierce rivals...Microsoft. Today it was confirmed that Harrison is now the European boss of Interactive Entertainment for Xbox! I own an Xbox 360, however I am a big fan of PlayStation and I can easily understand how this would be a blow to hardcore Sony fans. As the ex-Worldwide boss, the man clearly knows a lot about Sony and it would be a shame for Xbox to storm the market as a result of access to this information. To be honest a lot could come out of this or it could be a complete swing and a miss, but who knows? What about you guys? Let me know your thoughts.

I see where your concerns lie,
However, A company as huge as Sony would make most employees sign a non disclosure agreement to safe guard its trade secrets. If Harrision at any point leaks information about Sony trade secrets at his new job at Microsoft. Their would be a huge legal lawsuit that would hurt Microsoft Image in the long term.
