It isn't the Vita but Sony has launched a new music streaming service for mobile devices called PlayStation Game Music in Japan. The service allows you to stream soundtracks from several PlayStaton titles such as Final Fantasy and Monster Hunter. The service originally was launched as the PlayStation Game Music Feature but only included tracks from first party games.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 isn't due out in the US and UK until late January/early February, and the anticipation is building with each new trailer that comes out. This new trailer only whets our appetites even more.

For all of the European gamers out there, SCEE is prepping for another round of maintenance on the Playstation Network this Thursday. Maintenance will begin at 4 PM GMT and last until 2 AM GMT the next day. As usual, certain services become unavailable during the maintenance period.

Well, the VGAs have come and gone and left us without a lot to think about. One trailer that was showcased was the one for Hitman: Absolution, and it looks like Agent 47 is back...and he's bad!

Konami has finally put a release date on NeverDead, a game created by Metal Gear developer Shinta Nojiri and Rebellion Studios. It will be released on February 3, 2012. There hasn't been a lot of hype about NeverDead, as it was announced at E3 2010 and then faded into obscurity for nearly a year.

It seems surprising that this hasnt come up yet, so I guess its left to me. The Last of Us…this is an up and coming title that is being developed by Naughty Dog, and for those of you that dont know; it was somewhat of a hidden message within Uncharted 3.

Sony has pushed something for PlayStation 3 users which may be of use. They are giving out 60 day trials for the Qriocity Music Unlimited streaming service. As the name suggests, the Music Unlimited service gives you access to a library of music in a manner similar to Spotify.

So if you are one of those gamers who own both a Playstation 3 and a Playstation Plus subscription, Sony will be dishing some goodies starting tomorrow. Everyone likes free games so why not take advantage of the deal. On December 6, Tomb Raider: Underworld, all 3 Spyro PS1 classics and PS Minis Orbit and Mad Blocker Alpha will be available to Plus subscribers for free.

By now, everyone's heard about Skyrim's problems, particularly on the PS3. Even if you haven't played it yet you've heard about the framerate issues and patches that have caused even more problems. Everybody has chimed in with the issues they've run into, but now we're getting a developers look into the issues Skyrim has had since it's release a few weeks ago.
