Final Fantasy XIII-2 Demo is Out, and There's a New Trailer Too

Submitted by OS_Gamer; January 11, 2012

The demo for Final Fantasy XIII-2 was released yesterday, and today Square Enix has put out a new trailer to further entice you into playing the demo and buying the game.

The trailer (see it here) is all gameplay, which is always welcome (every game commercial you see is CG, let's see some actual gameplay!), and it first depicts main characters Noel and Serah and that annoying Moogle thing fighting some sort of colossus. As always, it looks stunning. Then there's more beating up of monsters.

It then moves on to a financial transaction of some sort with a woman in a rooster outfit. Seriously. I've been told she's named Chocolina. Then there's a puzzle to be solved.

All in all, it's looking pretty good. Anyone played the demo yet?

I guess this Demo is for US market only? Cause in Russia (european version of PSNetwork) there is no demo...

Played the demo twice already.

And yes, her name is Chocolina... she looks hot but she can get annoying at times. And she's literally everywhere apparently, lol. I like how there's no pause on switching Paradigm Shifts and the fact that it's gotten a lot more faster (I think). Integration of the monsters really changes your strategy cause you'll be focusing on 3 monsters for your Paradigm Shift (Depends to your liking for that).
