EA Gothenburg - A New Studio Focused on Frostbite 2.0

EA has opened up a new studio in Sweden called EA Gothenburg. And the best part? This new studio will be entirely focused on developing current and next-gen titles using DICE's Frostbite 2.0 engine.

So far, they have yet to announce anything as far as what game or games they are working on, but given teh great reaction people have had to Battlefield 3 (which uses Forstbite 2.0), you have to expect that they'll start there and look to impove upon it.

To be sure, some notable IPs have been thrown around by the community. People are still clamoring for Mirror's Edge 2, for example. It has also been recently announced that a sequel to the Army of Two games called Army of Four is in development and that it will use Frostbite 2.0. Of course, another Battlefield game would be welcomed by the fans as well.
