Die Hard COD Player Plays BF3

As an experiment, someone over at IP Conflict decided to take a seriously hardcore COD player and make them play Battlefield 3. This player, referred to as Player X throughout the experiment, had reportedly accomplished everything worth accomplishing in the previous version of COD and is well on his way to doing the same on MW3. The tactical nature of BF3 proved to be quite a departure from the run and gun of MW3, and hilarity ensued as Player X sank several hours into the game.

Though you have to doubt that he'll ever return to BF3, you can see how his opinion of the game changes as time goes by. After being told that a vehicle can help him get to the thick of the action quicker, he starts off saying, " I don't need vehicles for kills - they're for noobs." But by the end of the experiment you can see that his understanding and appreciation for BF3 has grown considerably, as he switches through different classes to achieve objectives and uses *gasp* teamwork.

Who knows if this experiment actually happened, but it makes a good point. We all have one of those gamer friends that either through sheer narrow-mindedness or elitism refuses to give other games a chance. I'm one of those people that doesn't come down on either side of the argument, as I like both games equally, so it's funny to watch this back-and-forth.
