Deliver Some Pain With Paintown 3.6

The popular 2D side scrolling beat-down game Paintown has received an update. This open source MUGEN, a free 2D game engine, has had some changes that include smoother pixels and zip/7z file loading. It is also reported that this game port should work on PlayStation 3's that have been converted to debug/test units. That is only when running DEX 3.55 with peek/poke.

- Added XBR and HQX scaling algorithms to smooth out pixels at higher window sizes
- Can load data from .zip and .7z files

- Fixed many bugs
- Projectiles work
- Helpers work
