Cubicle Shooter v0.4 - Wii / Wii U
To be truthful, it's not that often that we cover many hacks or homebrew from the Wii scene, but that certainly doesn't make them any less important. That's why today I am here to talk to you all about a brand spankin' new effort from a little coder called ThatOtherDev. If you're a PS3 hacker looking at this, then you are probably thinking you recognize that name from somewhere, and you wouldn't be wrong to think so. The same coder that brought you such PS3-brew favorites like UFO Racer and Hero City has also left their mark in the Nintendo world with the exciting Cubicle Shooter. Essentially the object of this game is really simple: shoot the mass of shirt-and-tied enemies as they continue to advance closer to your position. The only ways you'll be able to defend yourself from their wrath are bullets and a jump, so you'll have to think wisely if you plan to survive.

The new version 0.4 makes that even more difficult for you by removing the ability for you to double jump to avoid trouble. In addition to this, the game features a brand new save file type. The bad news is, that means all of your old games won't load through this build, but they will at least load a little bit faster than they did in the last release. The saving still takes ages, but at least you can browse the Wii Menu while you wait! This is one of those games that is just darn simple and addicting!
Up next is a PS3 download to make your scene activities as easy as pie!
