Dusting off your copy of GTA IV Might Be A Good Idea...

We have all seen the recent mods for Skyrim that have been hitting the scene.  But maybe we should take a look at a couple of mods for a different game, GTA IV.

First lets take a look at EFLC Native Colors which is a nice graphics mod to improve the visuals and change a few things that may have bothered you in the past.

This mod will give the game a better look, giving things like...

• Reality IV
• NO blur(all BLUR from TLAD is gone!) and better shadows.
• Red and black screen when a main character dies.
• Colored radio icons!
• Lil Pigs in place of the old wanted stars(light those piggies up!)

 

Will work on BLES and BLUS(not tested on complete edition).

Next is EFLC a cool new weapon mod for the game that changes some graphics and tweaks the rest a little bit.

This mods the guns of EFLC, giving handguns,shotguns fire rates like the golden uzi.

 

• MP5 image swapped with Golden UZI so Luis and Johnny can use it right from the beginning.
• Golden UZI anim + Golden UZI image = GOLDEN UZI which has the highest rate of fire for all guns of EFLC.
• Pumpshot and shotgun image swapped with AA12. EFLC weapons modded for the first time!

 

Will work on BLES and BLUS(not tested on complete ed).

Is this enough to make you dust off your copy of GTA? For me not so much, I found this game a little too tedious for my taste.  But dont get me wrong.   I still throw it on once in a while to kill some hookers but thats about it.  The story couldnt grab my attention.
