YAB - Connect To PSN On 3.7x Firmwares

As always with a firmware release by Sony, there is a bypass method that gets pushed out for the masses out there reluctant to upgrade. This time, the bypass method is meant for those still on version 3.73. The good news is that it will also work if you happen to be on 3.70 or 3.72.

It's called Yet Another Bypass and it is a batch script for Windows computers. You leave it running on your PC while you redirect your PS3 to connect to your computer via the Proxy Settings. The only downside to this is that YAB does not work on custom firmwares. For those used to the tradition, you know what to do. For those new, here's how:

1. Download Yet Another Bypass from here.
2. On your PS3, navigate to Settings > Network Settings.
3. Scroll down to Internet Connection Settings.
4. Select Custom and go through the setup until asked for the Proxy Server information.
5. In the Address field, put the IP to the computer running YAB. (If you are unsure, run 'ipconfig /all' from Command Prompt)
6. Change Port Number to 27. (Can be changed using 'port.txt')
7. Finish Setup and reconnect to the PSN.

Pretty simple, yes? For those still refusing to upgrade, this is the perfect moment to capitalize on using the PSN until Sony patches this one up.
