these steps are for windows only...

download the arduino programming s/w from here (http://arduino.cc/en/Main/Soft... according to your windows environment.

then download this package and unzip in the above s/w folder it should be in the same directory(where arduino.exe file is there...)link (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Z... if any prompt occurs

then put the respective board of arduino file and rename it to psgroove.hex and put it in the above directory

attach the USB cable and run psgroove_instal l.bat

if you performed above steps correctly you'll be successfully able to flash it
