PSGroove Rockbox Hermes v4b for a Bunch of Devices

If you haven't found them yourself, then here you go -- fl0PPsy's own port of PSGroove with Hermes v4b for Rockbox devices -- a whole lot of 'em. You'll need Rockbox installed prior to hacking your PS3, so do that here first. Well actually, maybe you should first see if your device is compatible or not.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong but I am pretty sure there is a hardware conflict porting it to the 3GS. I wouldn't keep your hopes up.Try your best to get one of these $30 boards if you can find 'em anywhere.

Just tested the hermes v4 ipod greyscale and it does not work... rolled back to the hermes v3 greyscale which does work.

Just to let you know, tested and its working. Ipod 4g greyscale 20gb. Tested gaia v1 with motorstorm pacific with disc on drive and snes emulator.

Does this v4 payload include the retail pkg and game update support, or do I need to stick with my compiled v3 to keep those features?

It should still contain those features. But a lot of people are reporting it doesn't work. But none of them are really clear. They could be wrong, they could be right. I am sticking with V3 until the new PL3 gets ported over.

i used an auto installer called easy installer from ps3iso tutorial section to put rockbox and psgroove on my ipod 5th gen video but it only installs hermes v2 ,and now i want to update it to v4b so what do i do ,do i have to start over again or cani just download this file and put it somewhere without having to install groove over cause i have no idea how to do any of this because the easy installer did it all automatically
