Well this is an interesting one, no doubt. PS3News' own K.G 971 has developed his own Homebrew tool and has already released a follow up to it.

A new challenger appears! French Scene Developers, TeamSGK have stepped up to the occasion and have released their own update to their CFW 4.40, to v4.40.5. This update provides multiple changes to the previous version 4.4.0.4.  Make sure you read the very important 'update' at the end of the article before taking any action.

I know we've already got a whole bunch of PSP to PS3 Mini conversion tools out there, but they remain so popular that I couldn't resist. This new creation by $n!pR could be just what you're looking for!

An update for IrisManager has been put out today by scene developer Estwald. In this new v2.35 update there have been some nice improvements.  Keep reading to see what's new.

The Scene never Sleeps, and quite obviously, neither does deank. The man returns with his multiMan tools updated for the latest CFW 4.40. Below you will find various updates for use in the latest build of multiman so it will once again become a fully functional program. This includes bdRESET, gameDATA, lastGAME and stDISC. Also included is Showtime 04.03.128 CEX and DEX.

Spewfr's at it again this week. This time he's going to show you how to get your old classic PS2 saves working with the new PS3 hack that has just recently released.

It seems that the rush is on to get all the tools updated to running on CFW 4.40. Estewald has updated Iris Manager to v2.22B. Now 2.22 was originally out but had major bugs that was preventing alot of games from loading on 4.40, but 2.22B fixes all that.

There's no Easter break for Rogero this week as he has been busy with the recent release of his CFW 4.40. Now comes his release of the updated Downgrader PUP that will downgrade any CFW to 3.55 FW. Yes this PUP will downgrade ANY CFW version you may have. The PUP can be installed from the XMB system update.

For those who still are dabbling in the 3.55/3.56 scene, a nifty tool to get you onto the PSN has just been released. Scene developer nathan_r32_69 has updated his useful tool due to the mandatory 4.40 update Sony put onto it's PS3 users.  The update rendered the previous spoof useless for PSN access. This will allow those still on the previous firmware to access their PSN and it's accounts. Not sure if it will allow access to the new PSN Store, but all in all, it works.

It's that time of the week where I take a look at some of the scene files that are worth talking about. With all the big scene changes this week, we see the return of all the big players updating their applications to keep up with the times!

Rebug are totally on fire here, and have come to the rescue of those who are willing to risk it all. In this update to their spoofer, they allow those who are not on rebug firmware to use this tool to spoof the firmware to believing it is 4.40.
