Happy Birthday PS3!

With GAME Group going into administration, you'd expect consoles to struggle a little more. Apparently not... The PlayStation is probably one of the world's most innovative inventions. Video game consoles existed before the PlayStation was made and became popular; however Sonys console was more than a huge benchmark for the gaming world. Well, after two generations of the great PlayStations, Sony decided it was time to unleash the third generation unto the world, following the release of the Xbox 360, and theyve never looked back. Today the PlayStation 3 reached the grand old age of five in Europe and it really shows how successful the console has been, although its bitter rival still just controls the market, the PlayStation 3 has stolen the hearts of those in Europe where it remains supreme. To make this event noticed, the good old staff at Sony have baked a special PlayStation cake for the occasion. Happy birthday PlayStation 3! We still expect more excitement from you before the start of the fourth generation :). Let me know your thoughts.

And has been for a year.... Get some new CFW soon, get the new game rips working... If this doesn't happen, people will move on, as many already have. The 360 is king for a reason. Bluray isn't that big of a deal. The 360 operates on DVD's for christ's sake, and sells twice the units that sony does. And the online service is A PAID SERVICE. AND IS STILL SUPREME. I'm not a fanboy, I'm just stating fact. 3.55 is, and has been outdated for quite some time, and will be left behind if nothing new surfaces in the next few months. The newer games are not playable without TB, and the majority doesn't have it. CFW 4.X... Answer our prayers... Or else...

If you're not a fan boy then why even try to post a message about how much better the 360 is on a Ps3 birthday article? Yes, we all want changes made to the ps3 but it seems like you're not taking advantage of the ps3's real capabilities if you're still on 3.55...
