fuckPSN v0.5 Released

Good news for those still sittin' on firmware 3.41 or lower: drizzt has released fuckPSN v0.5, which adds support for older PS3 firmwares. Also you should know this... Previously, in this guide, we asked you to create a backup of CA24.cer and replace the original with the one provided. Now this is where that backup comes in handy because you'll be restoring the original CA24.cer and now we're working with CA27.cer, which is included. So create a backup of the original CA27.cer first ... you never know when you'll need it. Other tips: if fuckPSN does not start or prints "Address already in use" -- then you should close or stop any services using port 80 or 443 on your PC; try also closing Skype and disabling ICS if you use it. Download: CFW/MFW PSN Pack (includes fuckPSN v0.5 and the CA Cert. file) - source: gitorious

Add this to the tutorial if they come across this error!

If you get the address or port error, then do this.

Go to run > cmd > netstat -aon

It will show you all used ports on your computer along with the PID (Programs ID)

If you find a program using port 80 or any of the other ports, make note of the PID and go to TASK MANAGER and look at the current processes. If you can't see the PID, click view, select columns, then select PID as a column.

Find the program blocking it and then right click and choose end task.

If it's the ICS service that's blocking the port, then go to administrations task in control panel, and choose services. Stop the service that's "ICS" and you fixed it! ^_^

Someone help me please! its so frustrating… ive made all of the instructions to the letter, changed the ca27 etc… chagned both DNS but FUCKPSN toes no respond… what sgould i do???

Would restoring your ps3 remove the current fw? Im still pretty new to hacking but i gave in and updated my ps3 to 3.56 2 days ago and now im trying to figure out a way to get back to 3.55.

Just a guess...
Seems that '0.0.0.0:80' means it can receive from ANY address at port 80...
Try disable windows firewall, check at ps3 the DNS settings too!

My firewall have been inactive... xD i didnt even know... so no change. I need to get online since y changed of HDD that has 500gb... i need to synic my trophies & register my DEAD SPACE 2 collectors edition again... since i cant acutally play my saved cuz it sais that there is downloadable content thats corrupted or deleted... X(

fuckpsn does what its titled and fucks psn, because now I can use the web browser and netflix, soon it will spawn other things it can use if it is updated. So I will see what I can do on my part as usual.

@Christian Alexander Castillo you have to turn on fuckpsn before you turn on your your ps3. you have use the same internet connection from your computer to your ps3. if that doesnt help reply.

I call but the rep gives me no exact idea on how this happened so i emply that maybe someone is stealing my internet connection, he asks if i have a router "yes" he says no not if my security settings are correct in which they are..but he states it was a software issue where he had top reboot the modem & i ask you sure that was the only issue..and he says yes.. but in my mind " Bullsh*t" cause its too coincedental and they cant explain the issue because they have no proof that i might be upto no good so they cant emply that neither can sony, long story short my internet is back on & id stay away from f*ckpsn 4.0 & 5.0 but sony just made a very notorious enemy here & we'll see who has the upperhand

i had this same prob, check to see if your ip address changed(on your pc click start , type cmd, then type ipconfig, enter , and check if your ip changed, if it did u have to change your primary dns to the new ip address) that worked for me

if you have another program that listens for incoming connections on the port 80 then you will not be able to use it the program will just close real fast..I have had the same issue and found out that my teamviewer was using the same ports

-- use CA27.cer
-- dev_blind.pkg
-- Comgenie's Awesome FileManager v0.06
-- PSNinja to cover your ass from SONY
-- whatever BM you choose is up to your discression
-- fuckPsn-v0.5

========================================

1. Install dev_blind.pkg and Comgenie's Awesome FileManager v0.06
2. run dev_blind and
3. in Comgenie go to /dev_blind/data/cert
4. Rename CA27.cer to CA27.cer.bak
or do what i did and copy it to your usb stick (fat32).. you will need this in if you ever update
5. put his CA27.cer as /dev_blind/data/cert/CA27.ceraddress

6. On your laptop or desktop OS
windows xp/vista/windows 7
======================
run cmd.exe / in cmd type = ipconfig
.. IPv4 or IP -----------> Primary DNS
.. Default Gateway ----> Default Router

7. On your PS3
=============
set up manually your Network Settings

IP address --------> if router is 192.168.1.1 than use 192.168.1.200-xxx
if router is 192.168.0.1 than use 192.168.0.200-xxx
--in xxx use 200 -252 is what i have read
Subnet Mask ------> 255.255.255.0
Default Router ----> Default Gateway --> its your router IP address
Primary DNS ----> IPv4 or IP ---> its your PC IP address
Secondary DNS ---> 8.8.8.8 this is google dns and it works

8. save and reboot your ps3.. do not skip this step, as i made that error.
9. when your ps3 reboots, run PSNinja to cover your ass from SONY.. i hope it does.. lol
10. run fuckPsn-v0.5 on your PC and then log into PSN

Got fuckPSN working.. drizzt --> he is the man you have to love..
OK, took a while but this works:

IP address --------> if router is 192.168.1.1 than use 192.168.1.xxx
if router is 192.168.0.1 than use 192.168.0.xxx
xxx = i have read use 200 thru 252.. i used 252
Subnet Mask ------> 255.255.255.0
Default Router ----> Default Gateway --> its your router IP address
Primary DNS ----> IPv4 or IP ---> its your PC IP address
Secondary DNS ---> 8.8.8.8 this is google dns and it works flawless

remember to reboot the ps3 after you manually set it in the PS3 network manager.. when you reboot run the PS3, use PSNninja.pkg to hide your tracks from SONY.. .. Keep and eye on your OS and Router firewalls, as it can cause more lag.. I hate RED BAR connection in TEKKEN 6..

YEAH.. if you are in VISTA or WINDOWS 7 64bit, there are problems with compatibility, as what i have read in other forums..

"DID YOU OPEN IT AS ADMINISTRATOR?.. I had the same problem at first on my Windows 7(32bit).. lol
OK, just execute the file with administrator rights, by right-click on the mouse, and follow up on the dialog box to administrator.. lol
That can be your answer.. simple and just..

I had the same problem at first..

ON YOUR PS3
========
1. Make sure you have set up your PS3 NETWORK MANAGER correctly
2. ver you replaced your CA27.cer with drizzt CA.cer..
i used ComgenieAwesome Filemanager, worked nicely
3. Test.. if u did it right you will have INTERNET and IP pass, but
then ask you to update.. don't worry
4. Reboot your PS3
5. run PSNinja to cover your ass from Sony..

ON YOUR PC
========
6. as ADMINISTRATOR = run fuckPsn-v0.5

ON YOUR PS3
=========
7. sign in PSN

If you did all that correctly you will see SONYs agreement..
You have to agree to play online, but that's it..
No updating, just play..

Maybe, but not yet. To be sure people run a clean and a dirty ps3. One with latest up to date firmware and a CFW ps3 with a "fony" sony psn account.

i keep getting the dns error and now my ps3 is giving me a
0x80022d90 error code and is saying that it cannot access any trophy data. while playing Madden NFL 11 on my hard drive, it gives me the same error while loading data from the hard drive. so far Madden is the only game that i am able to play.
