Another PS3 Dongle Clone Surfaces?

It appears that even with True Blue no longer manufacturing its current iteration of its PS3 dongle, the clones are still flowing in. A new dongle is making its way to the PS3 scene and it goes by the name of the Infinity USB.

The Matrix team who's known for their work in the Xbox scene has announced that the upcoming Infinity USB dongle for the PS3 will play games requiring PS3 v3.6+ and have a specialized custom firmware to along with it. It sounds just like the rest of the dongles that are floating around out there. What's noticeable is that compared to the other dongles, the Infinity USB has 4MB of onboard SPI flash instead of 2MB. The other thing worth making note of is that the compatibility list that was posted was lifted from the PSHomebrew.net site.

No details have been posted on when the Infinity USB dongle is expected to go on sale, where to buy it from nor the pricing.

My PS2 Mod chip was a "Matrix Infinity"
You can't find a trace of it on their website any more, though. 

I thought they died, because their site shut down a while ago just before a major PS2 firmware update to their chip. 

I guess Matrix Infinity is alive and kicking for PS3 now with the same name! 
Let's hope this is innovation, and not just a clone, as the PS2 mod chip was jam-packed full of excellent features, and in fact, many companies cloned their PS2 chip back in the day!

fuck the ps3 scene i sold my ps3 because  the devs only wants to make mony on us

i am going to buy a xbox360 they are still coming up with new things

What the above guy just said is so damn true. PS3 scene is just plain shit. Xbox 360 has all the games so just sell ur damn ps3 and move to xbox where you can actually be happy for once and not stress about some stupid dongle and eboots, patches and omg

or move to pc because everything is easier and more functional, piracy is easy and legitimate games are cheaper also no one owns pc so no one rally has the power to fuck it up for the user
