3.60 Version Spoofers Currently Defunct; Sony Changes PSN Authentication

You've probably noticed that this and this no longer work... Yup, Sony is changing up their PSN authentication, which according to Mathieulh isn't hard to spoof. Say what you will, but c'mon, you know Math knows his shit; he's just protecting his ass ... in more ways than one. Anyway, don't you worry -- someone'll figure it out and release it. That said, Mathieulh also dropped a hint to where the treasure lies: "You are looking for a static value." Update: From Mathieulh again:

Oh! and screw the hints, the new 3.60 authentication is a change of the xi passphrase. Of course that doesn't tell you how to dump it

i just tried installing 3.60 spoofer 1.1 on 1.0 ps3ita and i had a semi brick, cld not get any av picture just black screen, i didnt use the geohot version which is wat im sure your not supposed to do

It's quite simple Sony have changed the passphrase from "X-Platform-Passphrase: saktdlMapxsbsgh mq5dhlwrmtsicyi jmzntqaLcpgd8yb betdmsha=jm to something else we can modify this using charles but to find the new one we either have to jailbreak 3.60 then copy the certificiate across and connect to Charles or find the new password from within the 3.60 firmware pup somehow
